Valdez City Manager Elke Doom was announced as one of three finalists for the position of City Manager in Harbor Springs, Michigan March 11th. CLICK HERE to see story in the Harbor Springs News-Review. First-round interviews for the Harbor Springs position were held February 28th and March 1st. Friday, March 15th Harbor Springs announced Victor Sinadinoski as their choice for City Manager.
