Two finalists selected for City Manager Position, community invited to interviews/reception

The Valdez City Council has selected two City Manager applicants as finalist
candidates from an applicant pool of 19. final candidates are Mark Detter and Nate Duval. The Council will conduct interviews with both candidates THIS Wednesday, August 7th beginning at 1:00 pm at the Valdez Civic Center. Interviews are open for the public to observe.
Meet the Candidates
A public reception is scheduled for Monday, August 5th, at 6pm
in the Civic Center conference room. Please visit with the candidates, enjoy refreshments and hors d’oeuvres, and fill out a comment card.
