Pink Salmon Cook-Off 2017

The Pink Salmon Cook-off is happening July 15th! If you’d like to participate in the cook-off, submit your registration to the Parks & Recreation office no later than 5pm on July 10th. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis, and only 15 participants will be accepted.
Recipes must be submitted by July 10th so judges may review them and determine originality. Judging will be based on the taste, texture, creativity, appearance, and ease of preparation.
There will be two classes, pro and amateur.
