WEEK 5 CHALLENGE: Take 5-10 minutes a day to stretch, reflect, breathe, meditate, or pray

EVENT: Massage clinic with local massage therapist, Mar. 5, 10-11am @ the Teen Center

*Meet a local massage therapist. Learn how massage has been accepted as a medical alternative.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one!
