Valdez Varsity Girls take 2nd at Delta Tourney. JV Girls take 1st and 3rd
Girls Varsity Team
Gilson Middle School took one girl’s varsity team and two JV teams to the Delta basketball tournament this past weekend. The Girls Varsity Team lost to Nenana in the Championship game. Chloe Auble and Acacia Montgomery were high scorers with 5 points apiece. Chloe Auble was named to the all-tournament team.

The JV team #2 lost in the semi-final round to a very physical Tri Valley team who advanced to the final game. Valdez’ JV team #1 matched up with Tri Valley in
