Cody Greene Takes 2nd in Seward

(11-2-15) – The VHS wrestling team recently participated in the King of the Mountain Wrestling Tournament in Seward. Once again, VHS senior Cody Greene represented Valdez well in the tournament. Greene wrestled his way to a second place finish in the 138 pound weight division. The wrestling team now looks to prepare for their upcoming ACS tournament this weekend. After this ACS tournament Valdez will only have two more wrestling meets before hosting the regional tournament that is scheduled for December 11th thru the 12th in Valdez.
