City Manager resigns at Executive Session Tuesday night

Elke Doom submitted her resignation at the City Council’s executive session on Tuesday night. Her resignation was effective 5pm Friday, March 22nd.
Assistant City Manager Roxanne Murphy, by both policy and consent was chosen to act as interim City Manager.
