Bucs Travel to ACS
This weekend the VHS basketball team will be traveling up to Anchorage for the annual Lime Solar Pepsi Invitational. The tournament is set to begin on Thursday, December 29th and will conclude on Saturday 31st. This year Valdez will compete in the tournament against Sitka, Lumen Christi, Kotzebue, the hometown ACS Lions, and the defending state champion Barrow Whalers. This tournament will be the first set of games for the Valdez basketball season. The girl’s first game is scheduled for Thursday starting at 4pm. The first game for the boy’s team will begin at the conclusion of the girl’s
