Valentine’s Day Dinner will be catered by the Serendipity Supper Club. Net proceeds build the Dr. John Devens Endowed Scholarship Fund to benefit students of Prince William Sound College.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

Appetizer is Alaskan salmon tartare with crispy wontons,

salad of winter greens tossed in a raspberry champagne

vinaigrette, topped with candied bacon, poached pears,

roasted beets, toasted almonds, and gorgonzola cheese.

Entrée features roasted tenderloin of beef and Alaskan sea

scallop risotto, served with grilled broccolini and cauliflower

mousse. Dessert is a Gran-Marnier, raspberry, and

chocolate torte.

A vegetarian entrée can be substituted on request.

Beverages are creative non-alcoholic delights designed and prepared by your PWSC hosts.
