ONE SESSION MEET WITH NO FINALS
START TIME: Field Events begin at 3:30pm
High Jump in VHS Gym: Girls Opening Hight 3’10″: Boys Opening Hight 4’10” We will operate five alive format for the high jump.
Shot Put VHS Gym: Open flights for both boys and girls. Shot put will begin following the high jump. Indoor implements will be provided by VHS. Throwers will throw 2 and 2. No finals.
Long Jump: Long Jump will occur at the Valdez City Schools Track. Pits are open and spikes are allowed. 1/8″ max spike size. Regular meet format will be followed. Run throughs shall occur
