The new owners of the Eureka Roadhouse are Gigi and Chris Schliesing. In addition to operating a full-service restaurant 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, they have a fully stocked convenience store. Gigi Schliesing said they have updated the entire property and are hoping to have travelers stop on their way to and from Anchorage to get a meal, gas up and perhaps spend the night.
