In partnership with Prince William Sound College, The City of Valdez will pays 100% of the cost of tuition and fees, for Valdez High School and Valdez Homeschool enrolled students who successfully complete a PWSC course(s) with a ‘D’ of Higher. PWSC assists students with completing courses for an Associate of Arts degree, general education courses and hands-on education in the Millwright program, Outdoor Leadership, Marine Tech and more. “The best way to get started on education at PWSC, is to stop by our campus Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm”, said Assistant Director of Student Affairs, Shannon Stites. “We want to invite the community to come into the college this week to ask questions and explore classes and programs”.
