Valdez Museum & Historical Archive Association Board of Directors:

Two vacancies, one for a full term and one for a partial term. Appointee to partial term to serve an approximate two-year term, expiring January 2024. Appointee to full term to serve an approximate three-year term, expiring January 2025.

 City Economic Diversification Commission: 

One vacancy due to resignation. Appointee to serve an approximate five-month partial term, expiring September 2022.

City Library Board:

One vacancy due to resignation. Appointee to serve an approximate four-month partial term, expiring August 2022. Visit www.valdezak.gov/BoardsAndCommissions to learn more about the open positions, the responsibilities of each board/commission, and to submit an application.

Paper applications are available at City Hall and can be submitted by email to the City Clerk’s Office at sboyles@valdezak.gov or dropped off at the front desk of City Hall.

The application deadline is Tuesday, April 12th at 5pm for appointment by City Council on April 19th.
