NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: SAINT PATRICK SUBDIVISION PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT

The Valdez Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers at 212 Chenega Avenue.

The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony concerning a Conditional Use Permit application for a Planned Unit Development to be located on Tract P, Port Valdez Subdivision, Plat 77-1 (1105 W Egan Drive). The applicant and property owner is William P Harris.

The application has proposed 39 residential lots with a combination of single- family dwellings, zero lot line dwellings, duplexes, and triplexes for a total of between 44 dwellings and 73 dwellings on the 14-acre site.

The public is welcome to submit comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting. Submitted comments will be presented to the Planning & Zoning Commission. Submissions by email may be sent to: bwall@valdezak.gov.
