NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: SIDE YARD SETBACK VARIANCE

The Valdez Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the Civic Center Conference Room.

The previously scheduled hearing on this matter was canceled due to the lack of a quorum.

The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony concerning a variance request to allow the construction of a porch roof within the required side yard setback area. The subject property is Lot 5, Block 15, Mineral Creek Subdivision, Plat 66-27M (132 Bremner Street). The applicant and property owner is Elena Beck.

The public is encouraged to submit comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting. Submitted comments will be presented to the Planning & Zoning Commission. Submissions by email may be sent to: bwall@valdezak.gov.
