Hermon Hutchens Elementary School is currently seeking applicants for the position of One-on-One Paraprofessional. This position is open until filled.
Required qualifications include: Eligible to meet Federally Qualified paraprofessional criteria (2-year degree, 48 college credits, or passing score on HELP / ParaPro Exams); Possesses strong written and oral communication skills; Possesses a good ability to communicate with parents and students; Skill in working with children in a classroom model; Ability to work well with children; Willingness to perform various job-related duties as situations require a strong sense of teamwork, and the ability to work cooperatively with others; Possesses and maintains a moral character that is in congruence with the expectations of Valdez City School Board.
