- Must have a current Physical (upload to Planet HS)- good for 24 months
- Pay Sports Fee ($100) Make Check to Valdez City Schools

- Upload physical (if needed) on PlanetHS (Physicals are good for 24 months)

Athlete and Parent/Guardian Meetings with Administration/Coaches August 4th-Swimming @ 6:30 p.m. in the Valdez Cafetorium We ask that all participants practice social distancing and wear masks at the meeting. |
