Parks & Recreation is hosting the Valdez Halloween Carnival Saturday, October 31st at the Civic Center and registration to have a booth is open now. There is a $25 deposit for booths and registration MUST be turned in by October 16th. Stop by Parks & Recreation office at the Civic Center to register.
