At approximately 3:00 p.m. October 30th, the Valdez Police Department Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team, assisted by state and federal EOD personnel, responded to a residence at 148 Dadina Street after old dynamite was discovered by a person authorized to clean out the property.
