The City of Valdez Building Maintenance Department is in immediate need of snow shovelers. Under supervision of Building Maintenance Staff this position will remove snow from City facilities and provide other snow removal support as needed. Work is performed in an outdoor environment on sidewalks roof tops. Wind, ice, and other dangerous conditions may exist.
Rate of Pay: $23.45 per hour
Qualified applicants must be 18 years or older. This is a temporary, non-benefited position working up to 37.5 hours per week as needed with potential for overtime. Positions are open until filled.
