On April 28, 2023, CVEA will begin the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) relicensing process by submitting a Notification of Intent (NOI), Pre-Application Document (PAD), and a request to use FERC’s Traditional Licensing Process (TLP) for the Project.
