In the 2022 election, two director positions in the Copper Basin district, and one position in the Valdez district were up for election. The Copper Basin district re-elected Yvette Delaquito and elected Andy Hess, each to a three year term.The Valdez district re-elected Dan Stowe to a three year term. This notice begins the election protest period as outlined in CVEA’s Bylaws.
Members have three business days, from the date of this notice, to file a protest or
objection concerning this election. The person making the protest or objection shall
provide evidence of a substantial election irregularity before the Credentials and
Election Committee may change an election result.
