The Valdez City Council voted 4-3 to approve a COVID-19 Public Health Mask Mandate during a Special Meeting last Thursday. Council members Susan Love, Jimmy Devens, Alan Sorum and Dawson Moore voted in favor of the mandate, while Sharon Scheidt, Todd Wegner and Dennis Fleming voted against the mandate.
