NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: USE EXCEPTION

The Valdez Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the Civic Center Conference Room.

The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony concerning an Exception request to allow the continued use of the stairs and landing within the required rear yard setback area. The subject property is Lot 6A, Block 14, Mineral Creek Subdivision, Plat 93-9 (360 Klutina Street). The applicant and property owner is First Baptist Church.

The public is encouraged to submit comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting. Submitted comments will be presented to the Planning & Zoning Commission. Submissions by email may be sent to: bwall@valdezak.gov.
