The Valdez Parks and Recreation Annual Halloween Carnival is on Saturday, Oct 31st from 6pm to 8:30pm.  Event will be held at the Civic Center.  Admission is free.  Booth tickets are $.50 each.  All ages are welcome!  If you have any questions, call the Parks & Rec office at 835-2531.
