Laurie Prax of KVAK meets with Valdez City School Superintendent the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month to discuss the agenda for the upcoming School Board meeting. In addition to the regularly scheduled interviews, Prax will also meet up with new Hermon Hutchens Principal Jason Weber, GMS Principal Rod Morrison and new High School Principal Jon Berkeley. These interviews are brought to the Valdez Community by KVAK as a community service. KVAK also works with VCS to broadcast meetings all school board meetings live on 1230AM.
