The Alaska Broadcasters Association held their annual Awards Ceremony and Banquet on Friday night. It was a great night for KVAK as they were awarded four different Goldie award.

Justin & Ricky’s Random Radio Show was awarded “Best Promotional Announcement” – their second Goldie! KVAK also won the “Uniquely Alaskan Program” Goldies award for interviews with NYO Seniors – KVAK’s Newsflash Program. The “Best Interview” Goldies Award was received for an interview with Aksel Hutchison, along with the “Best Use of Digital Platform” Award.
