(09-12-16) – This weekend will be the final football game for the Valdez High School football team. The varsity game starts at 11am and the JV game starts at 2pm on the Valdez High School Field. The Bucs have had a successful season winning their first three games. This is a feat never accomplished before. The first win for the Bucs was an upset victory over the Nikiski Bulldogs in a nonconference game back in August. After this last home game, Valdez will have two more games away before the Small Schools Semi-Finals scheduled for October 8th and State Championships on October 5th.
