The City of Valdez reminds citizens to vote in the State of Alaska Election on Tuesday, November 6th. Polls are open at 7:00 AM thru 8:00 PM at the following locations:

Precinct 1 – Valdez Recreation Center (Formerly Teen Center) – 414 W Hanagita

Precinct 2 – Valdez City Council Chambers – 212 Chenega

Precinct 3 – Robe River Fire Station – 114 River Drive

Absentee voting in person is now available at Valdez City Hall thru Monday, November 5th at 5pm.  Citizens interested in voting absentee in person may do so during the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday.

Those voters who are unable to get to a polling location due to physical disability may vote by personal representative, please contact the City Clerk’s office for assistance at 834-3468.
