The Lady Bucs ventured north this weekend for a couple of conference games with the Monroe Catholic Rams. The Bucs found themselves on the losing end of both competitions. Friday night we fell to the Rams by a score of 36 to 63 and Saturday night’s contest ended with a score of 28 to 63. Despite the lopsided losses the Lady Bucs worked extremely hard and we had a lot of growth this week. Every week I’m impressed by how this team continues to adapt and work hard to overcome our challenges. Leading scorers for Friday night’s competition were Parker King with 14 and Hali Fitka with 7 and Saturday Rylee Wade led all scorers with 7 and Hali Fitka tossed in 6.
Next weekend the Bucs will have their final regular season conference games here at home against the visiting Delta Huskies. Please join us on Senior Night to recognize our senior athletes.
