(10-17-16) – The annual VHS “Throw Down In Snow Town” wrestling tournament is scheduled for this Friday, October 21st thru Saturday, October 22nd. Valdez will be hosting 11 teams from around the state of Alaska in an intense 2 day tournament. The tournament will be held at VHS gym, and matches are set to begin on Friday at 1pm. On Saturday, the matches will start again at 9am with an awards ceremony concluding the tournament in the afternoon. The invite is formatted where 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals will be awarded for each weight class. In addition team
