Followed up by freshman Makena Wisner taking first place both her individual races, the 200 IM and 500 freestyle. In the 100 Josyln Unger finished first for the girls while Grant Osburn took first for the boys. Joslyn also finished first in her 100 backstroke. Kinsey Mishmash won her event in the 100 breaststroke. And the girls finished strong taking first in the 200-freestyle relay. The swimmers were excited for the Day 2 events.
Day 2 of the Kodiak meet was another success as we took 6 more first place finishes and a few personal bests. The girls started off the successful meet with another first place finish in the 200-medley relay. Makena finished first in her 200 freestyle. Continuing on the winning streak for the girls, Joslyn finished first in both her 200 IM and 100 Breaststroke. Madison also took first in her 50 Free.
