The Board of Education will be having meetings with the selected superintendent
candidates on the March 29, March 31, and April 2. Each meeting will have two
parts. The first part is an informal dinner, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. in the
HHES Library. The second part will be the formal interview from 7:30 p.m. until
approximately 9:00 p.m. The formal interviews will also take place in the HHES
Library and will be treated as an executive session.
The schedule will be the same for all three candidates. Please contact Victoria

Members of the public are welcome to attend each event in person at the HHES gym. All attendees will be asked to wear a mask and observe social distancing guidelines. If you prefer to attend over Zoom, you may join the meeting at the following link- https://zoom.us/j/93421489847. The same link will be used for all three nights.
During this event, members of the public will be able to ask questions of each of the candidates. If you are joining the meeting over Zoom, you will have to type your questions into the chat box, and the moderator will read them to the candidate. A feedback survey will be available on the Valdez City Schools website through April 3 at noon. The Board will use any feedback given to assist in the decision-making process.
